Harper Construction is seeking a Quality Control Manager (QCM) for our project located at Los Angeles Trade Tech College.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all aspects of DSA inspections (Authority Having Jurisdiction).
• Use PROCORE construction software, establish sound workflows using project’s management software / tools.
• Drive and influence a positive QA/QC culture on the job site.
• Act as a teammate and resource to project team.
• Identify, modify, and implement and support changes to plans and workflows as needed to meet demands of project.
• As safety and quality go hand-in-hand, coordinate with safety to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications

• LACCD and/or LAUSD project experience.
• A graduate of a four-year accredited college or university program in one of the following disciplines: Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Building Construction, or Building Science.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in construction total and at least 5 years as a QC Manager on similar size and type construction contracts.

Compensation and Benefits

• $130,000 to $150,000 salary range
  • The offered rate will be based on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience.
• This position is eligible for our benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance. We also offer a 401(k) plan with company match, company paid holidays and vacation.
